What is Rent-to-Own?
Rent-to-Own allows you to rent a product for a specified period and own it after all payment are made. NO credit check is made.

How much does it Cost?
On average dealer price rents for approximately $100 per month with the deposit.
Does EZ Pay Buildings require a deposit?
EZ Pay Buildings requires a minimum first and last month's payment prior to delivery of certain types of products. Your last month payment is held in deposit and applied to your last payment in your contract or payoff amount.
Can I put additional money down?
Yes. The additional money provided at signing will be reflected in your monthly payment on the product.
What if I don't want the product?
Our Rent-to-Own program is a month-to-month agreement. The product can be returned to the dealer if payments are current.
How do I make payments?
You will be invoiced monthly. If you have opted into our auto-pay option your monthly payments will be directly charged to your crdit card provided.

- Proof of property ownership or Signed Landlord release
- Social Security Number
- Employer name and phone number
- Your primary and alternative phone number
- Required payments down
- EIN if self employed
- Proof of insurance or PTS Membership Application
- Sign the agreement
